Charity began working at a small firm in South East London where she received her initial training in Immigration law and Family law. Immigration law continued to be a strong passion of hers. In 2013 Charity graduated with an LLB Law Degree from a reputable University in London as she continued to work in the legal sector. She then joined a firm of Solicitors situated in North London where she expanded her knowledge in dealing with complex immigration cases on a larger scale. Her work included appeals, deportation, domestic violence, judicial review, and administrative review cases on a daily basis. Charity has also attended appeal hearings on behalf of this firm, here she assisted Advocates in delivering detailed arguments in difficult and complex immigration cases. She acquired an in-depth knowledge of the Immigration Tribunal's Procedural Rules as well as preparing high quality and presentable appeal bundles.

Charity then joined a niche law firm based in Central London, where she gained her extensive knowledge in corporate and business immigration cases as well as continuing to expand her knowledge in personal immigration. She became a specialist in Points Based System matter which included Global Talent, Innovator Visa, Skilled worker Visa, and Sponsor Licence applications, etc, while at this firm.

 

Charity then joined a large OISC regulated immigration firm with offices all over the UK, where she continued to successfully obtain positive results for her clients. She became a Team Leader where she trained and led a team that specialised in corporate and business immigration matters.

 

In 2022, Charity founded Bailey James Legal and is ready to provide expert Immigration advice and to get positive outcomes for her clients.
